01Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of Pet Toxicity Lens. The app is a reference tool to help you make informed decisions about your pet's safety and does not replace professional veterinary care.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with parental consent.

03Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

04Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account settings. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are governed by their respective terms.

05Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
• Do not upload content you don't have rights to.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

06Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using Pet Toxicity Lens - Pet Safety, you grant Dipojjal Chakrabarti a limited license to host, sync, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.

07Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

08Disclaimers

Pet Toxicity Lens - Pet Safety is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dipojjal Chakrabarti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pet Toxicity Lens - Pet Safety.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
