Delete your account
This page applies to Pet Toxicity Lens (com.pettoxicitylens.app), published by KineticBit Inc..
1. In the app — instant
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. Deletion happens immediately and is permanent.
2. By email — if you’ve already uninstalled
Email support@pettoxicitylens.com with the subject Account deletion request, from the email address on the account. We verify the request that way, then delete the account and confirm. We aim to complete deletions within 30 days.
Used the app without an account? Guest data is held only on your device and is not linked to an email address, so uninstalling the app removes it. If you made a purchase as a guest, email us and include the store receipt or order ID so we can find and delete the subscriber record.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address.
- Every pet profile — names, breeds, weights, health conditions, and notes.
- Your entire scan history, including the photos attached to it.
- Your subscriber record with our subscription provider.
What we may keep, and for how long
Anonymous, aggregated usage counts that are not linked to you, and any transaction records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. Neither can be used to identify you or to reconstruct your account. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us, so they keep renewing until you cancel them there. Cancel in your store’s subscription settings before deleting your account.
