Common requests
- Cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel in your store’s subscription settings. We can’t cancel or refund a store purchase for you.
- Delete your account. Use Settings → Delete account in the app, or see the account deletion page.
- A wrong or surprising verdict. Send us the item and your pet’s species — it’s the fastest way for us to check the reference data and fix it for everyone.
